About Tiffany
Grounded in experience. Guided by joy.
Tiffany Lehman is the owner and founder of Mudita LLC and the practitioner behind every Mudita experience.

The path to Mudita
Personal practice became a shared purpose.
Tiffany’s path to Mudita began through her own recovery journey. After getting sober in 2016, she discovered yoga in 2019 at a Yoga 12-Step Recovery meeting in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Yoga and meditation became steady practices that helped her rebuild, listen inward, and bring the principles of recovery into everyday life.
After moving to Arizona, Tiffany was introduced to sound healing. Sound became a meaningful part of her personal transformation and gave her a different way to sit with grief and difficult experiences. That experience inspired her to share sound with others.
Over time, her experience in behavioral health, peer support, sound, movement, massage therapy, art, and group facilitation shaped an approach grounded in respect, warmth, and real-life experience. Today, she draws on that background to create thoughtfully tailored offerings for individuals, groups, and organizations.
As the founder of Mudita LLC, Tiffany’s purpose is to bring joy, humor, spunk, and authenticity into every offering. She creates spaces where people can feel safe, seen, and even laugh—because she believes healing can begin when we feel connected, supported, and free to be ourselves.
From touch to sound
A different way to listen inward.
Before sound became central to her work, Tiffany trained and worked as a massage therapist, specializing in deep-tissue and myofascial techniques. That experience taught her both the value and the limits of working through physical touch.
Sound opened a different kind of experience. Rather than trying to reach deeper through pressure, Tiffany began exploring vibration, stillness, and inward awareness without relying on touch.
“Massage taught me to work from the outside in. Sound feels like an invitation to reconnect from the inside out.”
Today, that perspective helps shape Mudita’s sound experiences: welcoming spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and notice their own response.

Beyond the practice
Joy lives in the everyday.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Tiffany followed a long-held dream to make Arizona home. Outside of her work, she finds joy in hiking, playing volleyball, creating art, listening to music, enjoying good sushi, making memories with the people she loves, and dancing like no one is watching.
These everyday experiences reflect the way Tiffany approaches life—with curiosity, humor, creativity, movement, and a willingness to show up fully. She believes joy does not have to be saved for perfect moments; it can be noticed, created, and shared in ordinary life.
That same energy and appreciation for authentic connection are part of what she brings to every Mudita experience.
