Offerings

Four pathways. Many ways to begin.

Mudita creates welcoming offerings for individuals, private groups, workplaces, treatment and recovery programs, and community living settings. Each offering is personally led by founder Tiffany Lehman and can focus on one practice or thoughtfully combine several.

Many ways to gather

Choose one offering—or create something together.

Sound, guided meditation, intention setting, guided art, yoga, and mindful movement can stand alone or come together in a custom experience. The format, pace, and activities are considered around the participants, setting, available time, and purpose of the gathering.

Sound & Restorative Experiences

Immersive sound, guided meditation, and intention-setting practices that offer space to rest, listen, and become present.

Sound Healing & Sound Baths

Rest comfortably as crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, pyramids, and other instruments come together in an immersive sound experience. Participants may lie down or remain seated according to their comfort and the setting.

Guided Meditation & Intention Setting

Guided meditation offers a welcoming way to pause, settle attention, and become more present. Intention-setting prompts invite participants to identify what they would like to focus on during the experience and carry forward afterward.

These practices can stand alone or be paired with sound, gentle movement, or creative activities.

Art-Based Experiences

Guided creative experiences designed to feel welcoming, expressive, and approachable.

Guided Art Experiences

Accessible prompts and hands-on creative activities make it easy to begin. The emphasis is on curiosity and personal expression—not artistic skill level or producing a perfect result.

Creative Experiences for Groups

Guided art can become a shared activity for private groups, organizations, and community settings. Activities are selected around the participants, available time, space, and materials.

Custom & Group Experiences

Personalized combinations for individuals and shared offerings designed for groups, organizations, and communities.

Custom Experiences

Choose one focus or combine sound, guided meditation, intention setting, art, yoga, and mindful movement. The pace, length, and format can be planned around personal interests, setting, schedule, and the atmosphere someone hopes to create.

Group Experiences

Group offerings can be planned for private gatherings, workplaces, treatment and recovery programs, community organizations, and community living settings. Planning considers the group size, environment, available time, mobility, comfort, access needs, and reason for gathering.

Yoga & Mindful Movement

Complete yoga classes, chair-based practices, and mindful movement options for studios, private groups, organizations, and community settings.

Yoga Classes

Mudita offers complete yoga classes with the familiar structure of a welcoming studio practice. Classes may include centering, guided postures and sequences, breath awareness, and a closing period of rest.

Sessions can be planned for regular studio schedules, private classes, workplaces, community programs, retreats, and special gatherings. The pace and style can be selected around the setting and participants’ experience levels.

Chair Yoga & Supported Movement

Seated and chair-supported practices offer another way to participate without requiring a traditional mat-based class. This option can work well for older adults, senior and community living settings, workplace groups, and anyone who prefers additional support or less floor-based movement.

Mindful Movement

Mindful movement blends present-moment awareness with simple physical and body-awareness practices. Options may include mindful walking, progressive muscle relaxation, gentle movement exercises, and yoga nidra.

These practices can be offered on their own or combined with sound, guided meditation, or creative activities. Participants are invited to notice their breath, movement, and physical sensations without the structure of a traditional yoga class.

For groups and organizations

Bring Mudita to your group or community.

Planning starts with a conversation. Share who will participate, where you will gather, how much time is available, and what you hope the experience will feel like. A practical format can then be created around comfort, access, participation, and setup.

  1. Share what you know. A possible date, location, group size, available time, and general idea are enough to begin.
  2. Create the plan. Choose the practices, pace, and format that best fit the gathering.
  3. Gather and experience. The final experience is led with attention to the people and environment in the room.

Your next step

You do not need to have it all figured out.

Share what you are considering and what you know so far. Tiffany can answer questions and help you find a welcoming place to begin.
